dickwholliday Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 we've got our mover system from Secure Systems in place and are getting ready to build the walls ect.....The only diagram i can find is one by the NRA i guess and it shows the walls as 50' apart......is that correct?? Alan550 Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 The probable reason for the 50' diagram is that the rule book shows 3 different CoFs using the "Mover". The one called the "Moving Target Match" only uses 50' with the targets only traveling right-to-left. The other 2 are the "Moving Target Event (Modified)" , which is fired at Bianchi Cup and the "Texas Moving Target Event" both of which use the 60' distance and targets going in both directions. If you want to do all 3 at some time, what we did at our range is screw 2x4s at the top of the walls that extend out 5' from each and hang tarps to shorten the run to 50' for the one that only uses that distance.
