Issue with ProChrono Digital

Recommended Posts

I was just trying to chrono some ammo getting ready for SS Nats. After I fired a string i went to review the shots and it started acting funny. It was just recording random shots anywhere from 1200-4500 fps and it wouldn't let me go back and review the shots I did fire. I turned it off and then back on and all of the data was gone. Anyone else ever have this issue?

One of the only issues I've ever had with mine was showing up to the range with a dead battery inside. Plus, the little space in the battery compartment that is convenient to store an extra battery was empty. :angry2:

The only other issue i have had was getting some 3500 fps readings while shooting 9mm a few years back. I thought that was strange, didn't think i loaded them that hot. Turns out one sensor was in the sun, the other was in a shadow. Once i got them both in the shade, no problems, back to normal fps. ( fwiw, both in the sun works too. just need to make sure they are both in the same condition )
