Sc0 Posted February 18, 2005 Share Posted February 18, 2005 Had a shell get hung up between the shellholder and the Station 1 Locator ramp, and of course being that I have the big roller handle I didn't notice.... Well I sliced the piece of brass practically in half with the case feeder body bushing which is a little nicked. Then it somehow crimped the end of the Station 1 locator ramp, then it broke two small tabs off of the shellholder plate. I tried bending the Station 1 locator tab so that a shell could pass through but it cracked, and I am still missing a piece of the shellholder somewhere. That and I went ahead and indexed the primer feeder manually ad found out that I somehow had 3 upside down primers in the tube... (I was using a Rockford Arsenal handheld thingy to fill the tubes) I was hoping on loading up a few hundred rounds of .40 for this weekend but I guess not. A call will be placed to Dillon tomorrow along with a "what could have happened" to have caused it besides my gorilla strength. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
