Para elite target vs para black ops

I'm trying to decide between keeping my elite target or selling it for the black ops. Unfortunately I can't afford to have both like I originally planned. I'm primarily going to be using the 1911 for uspsa. I really like the black ops. I know I'll have to change out the sites which isn't a big deal. The only thing I'm worried about with the black ops is the weight with a magwell going over the 43oz limit. Looking for help and advice between the two.
