Gunmetal
Where do I find this item, do I need to change spring, anything else. Best brand/type.
jkrispies
I like my Taran Tactical Innovations a lot. http://tarantacticalinnovations.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=44_49_74 They are well built (important because they hit the ground, get stepped on, etc.) and add a propper amount of weight to the bottom of the mag so it drops with confidence. They're also easy to remove for cleaning. No need to change springs with this size... at least for the TTI. I can't speak for other brands. One thing I've noticed is that ISMI springs don't work in them, FYI.

45 Raven
Take a look at the ones made by Arredondo, as well.

9x45
Taylor Freelance are plus 6 in the 140mm extension, requires an ISMI plus spring, bullet proof but not so fast to take off. I have been running Taylor's for over 20 years and will continue to, but Taran's are the newest of the extensions, easy on and off, and with the pin are pretty bullet proof. If I was starting today, go with Taran's

9x45
And Taran's are cooler looking than Taylor's, being anodized and all.
