titandriver Posted February 7, 2015 Share Posted February 7, 2015 After reading about the magnetic device for magazine retention on belt question, I'm wondering if a magazine "dump pouch" located in front of the hip bone is legal? I'd argue it is not but I have seen a couple of folks use them at level I matches to keep from dropping their mags in the dirt. Bump to Open?
