TerryO
I'm considering switching to an aluminum c-more. I've used the plastic standard non click for years but since switching to the stainless SV grip I like the added weight and I'm thinking the aluminum c-more would add a little bit more. If you shoot an aluminum c-more tell me about it.
peterthefish
Never owned a plastic one. Have a couple of aluminum ones. Downside - no flashy gun matching colors. Upside - it's made of metal, like robots, and robots are strong. Also, much less likely to eventually crack than plastic.
limited shtr
I also went with the all metal grip and like all the weight in my hand I been using the aluminum cmore for awhile with no problems it seems to hold zero better than the plastic and doesn't crack when tightening down any of the screws
Aircooled6racer
Terry: I have seen a couple of aluminum C-More's that cracked. I don't like the weight that high up. In your hand is one thing but swinging around up in the air is another. Just my experience, yours may very. Thanks, Eric
Toolguy
I have never used a CMore, but in the slo-mo videos you can see them (plastic I assume) squirm around like a fish swimming on every shot. That alone would make me want an aluminum one.
Sarge
There's already a thread on this that is pretty recent. Aluminum Cmores seem to have a few more cons than pros.

Todd7446
I like my Al C-more. My plastic one seemed to move zero with any little bump. The Al one hasn't done this at all.
Tino2212
Never had a problem with my plastic C more holds zero verry well and like other said i think you dont want extra weight on top of your gun.
Supermoto
I have cracked everyone of my plastic cmores. The Al one is worth the extra cost
MrPostman
Different strokes for different folks. Some have better success with plastic and some with aluminum it just depends on the user.
