Briley customer service

If im in the wrong area please move. I contacted Briley 2 weeks ago with a question about some chokes. I emailed them again today because I still had not heard from them. So has anyone else gotten the same "service" from them or am I just special?

I wonder if they still busy from the shoot show in Vegas.

I called them a week and a half ago they answered the phone quicly and the gentelman told me what I did not want to hear.

Then I posted my question on here BE forum I got the answer I like to hear.

I made an attempt to contact their customer service through their email link on their website 2 years ago. Still waiting for response.

It's my fault. I should have called instead of going through their email as listed on their "Contact Us" webpage. Ohh well. Until I find a better replacement.

Ordered 2 cylinder chokes from Briley. Receipt says cylinder chokes. Received 2 Skeet chokes instead. Tried to email them several times, which is a complete waste of time. At least with Muller or Tru Lock, they respond in a day or 2. Very sad customer service.
