txolds442
What bipods are yall running? I'm in need of a more versatile bipod. Currently, I'm using a non-pivoting 6-9" harris without notched legs and its pretty inconvenient. Thanks for the input. E.
Graham Smith
The Sinclair Tactical bipod is a good choice as is the Atlas. Depends on how your rifle is setup.

DWFAN
Sinclair F-class or the the Rorer from Duplin Rifles. Can use the Sinclair F-class for F-T/R ? Yes, why wouldnt you? Might I suggest the Seb Joy-Pod. It's fantastic. I liked the Duplin as well. Much lighter than the Sinclar, and a little more stable on my gun. KelsonAK
Sinclair is what I use - Duplin looks nice as well as the Seb. It is DIFFERENT to shoot from a ski type than a Harris type bipod - I don't 'load' the skis, so it seems like there is less 'stuff' to manage during the firing/recoil sequence. Meh - I can still misread the wind regardless of the bipod involved...
txolds442
I appreciate all the feedback. I've already started to deal with the sticker shock of some of the bipods out here (Duplins, SEB, etc.) KelsonAK, that is a very valid point, I'm used to loading my harris, so skis may take a little getting used to. My harris doesn't pivot or have notched legs and I've done well with it, but convenient to adjjust while prone? It isn't. I'm really digging that Mystic MPOD. Thanks again everyone. DWFAN
The MPOD is supposed to be pretty excellent. The only complaint I've heard is the adjustment while prone. My SEB is a PITA to get on target as well. But i love it once it's there.
Graham Smith
Yes, why wouldnt you? Brain fart - I had it in my head that the Sinclair was legal for F-Class but not F/TR. Too much on my mind lately.
mike l m
Sinclair is legal for FTR. Mike
Willbas
I use the Mpod, any bipod is ok as long as the total weight of the rifle is 18.182 lbs with bipod attach. With any Bipod that uses skis it helps to add a rug under them it makes a big inprovemet in tracking. Bill
