Scooter
I thought I heard it was going to be out late spring or summer. The 1.5-5x20 SPR has a minimum advertised price of $799. Not MSRP, $799 is what they can advertise for.
Religious Shooter
The 1" non-illum version of the scope is out. Midway has/had them for $599. http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/...leitemid=134187 It's nice and light at 9.7 oz. IOR Valdada has a true 1x variable... Is there anywhere on the net where I can read up on this puppy?
cking
THe non lite ones are out already. FOV is just OK, the leupold shotgun scope for $160.00 has sames specs. and I think a better reticle for 3Gun. See the discussion on the Simmons shotgun scope. Cactustactical
IOR Valdada has a true 1x variable... Is there anywhere on the net where I can read up on this puppy? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The IOR Valdada scope has been available for around a year and is 1.1 - 4 x 26. The most popular version is the CQB reticle.
Religious Shooter
Oh... I already have on of 'dem. (Actually bought from you guys). I thought a true 1X (not a 1.1X) was to come out.
napster
I won a Burris certificate at a shoot and as a result tried the new Euro-Diamond 1.5x6-40. I am very pleased with the brighness, field of view, and the particularly the exit pupil. I also like the reticle with heavy post and crosshair. Top of the post functions well as a close range sight. The posi-lock should, if as advertised, will hold zero. Anyone have experience with this product or comments? Thanks
cking
I just order the leupold shotgun sight, Liked the reticle the best of all I've seen. We'll let you know what I think of it shortly. Here is the specs. Heavy duplex reticle. IF I like it my ACOG will go up for sale. leupold 58790 $170.00 Product Specifications Actual Magnification: 1.6(1x) 4.2(4x) FOV @ 100 yds (ft): 75.0(1x) 28.5(4x) Length (in): 9.2 Eyepiece Length (in): 3.1 Objective Length (in): n/a Objective Diameter (in): 1.0 Eyepiece Diameter (in): 1.0 Tube Diameter: 1.0in Weight: 9.0 oz. / 255 grams Eye Relief (in): 4.3(1x) 3.8(4x) Eye Relief (mm): 109(1x) 97(4x) Obj. mickporno
I was decided on getting the scope pictured above when available, but after reading what you guys saw at the SHOT Show, I am again lost in the dark. Any comments on the Mark 4 CQ/T for 3-gun or should I go with an ACOG? Thanks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i recently found the leupold MK4 CQT 1x3x14 for $695 and although i've only had about a month and am still getting used to it, i like it alot so far. i used the flat top mount and keep it on 1x most of the time....dial it up to 3x for the long range shots only.... norbs007
Thanks mick, I was actually leaning towards the CQT; ACOG is too expensive. I recently had a chance to check out the Simmons ProDiamond 1.5-5x20mm and liked the reticle. Glass is decent and the FOV looks good. For about $60.00, I just might consider it and a I've been reading a lot of good things from shooters using it.

I was able to get one and will be using it on my M1A. Will see how it works at next month's match. I think Simmons will be coming out with a Master Series ProDiamond line, coming soon at www.midwayusa.com. Thanks
