Class: Learning how to shoot your Rifle when your Heart Rate increases & under Stress

-Has your shooting been skipping a beat? Does your heart rate or the pressure of competition take the X out of your shot? We can help you learn how to shoot in a competitive atmosphere and deal with the stress and elevated heart rate you face during 3 gun or rifle competitions. We are Olympians Lanny and Tracy Barnes and we have been competing in biathlon (cross-country skiing and rifle marksmanship) for over 15 years with a combined 4 Olympic Games. We have mastered the skills of shooting with and elevated heart rate and under stress and want to share those skills with you so you can bring your shooting to a whole new level.

Cost: $150 (Payable at TOP Shooting Institute's Website)

Ammo: Bring 200 rounds of ammunition with you.

Type of Firearm: This course is a rifle course. You may bring either your .22LR or your .223 Caliber Rifle/Carbine

Class Limit: There is a limit of 16 students. (A minimum of 10 students is needed to hold the course)

This course breaks down the physiological and psychological aspects of shooting and helps the competitive shooter get to the next level. The course is designed to help the shooter to be able to handle the mental and physical rigors that are faced in shooting competitions today. There is some physical exertion in this course, but no more than you’d see in a match. These techniques are used by highly trained athletes/shooters in the incredibly demanding Olympic sport of biathlon and can be transferred to any type of shooting competition and work for any type of shooting platform. The instructors have an extensive background in physiology and psychology and have competed internationally in shooting for over 15 years at the highest level.
