Jasonub
First i broke a 011 spacer, they shipped a new locking block with spacers free of charge to the Phils! then i messed up and order, they again corrected it without expense! Expense to them was around 50 dollars! how will i buy other products lnunez@armorholdings.com helped me on the last screwup that i did and resolved it immediately! Loretta if you have an opportunity to read this, thank you again
achard
I also experienced the same with safariland. I told them that the trigger guard tension spring broke into pieces and they replaced my 011 tension block instead of spring only. Not only 1 but 3 pieces of tension blocks. Very good customer service.
Flexmoney
I took a Safariland gift certificate off the prize table at the Missouri match a while back. They support our sport! There is also a 012 holster for sale in the classifieds right now...looks like it could be a nice deal, if somebody was in the market for a race holster. Kimberkid
I find this all very amazing because Safariland told me they were sending a new locking block for my 011, and didnt. I waited a month and emailed them again and they said " it will ship out tommorow". It never showed up so I emailed them again. Then they say,"parts backlog, it will ship next week". It didnt, so I wait another month and email them again. This time they say "the 011 has been discontinued and we have no parts of any kind in stock for it". I was so glad to wait 4 months to find out I was S.O.L. Ohh well, I am sure CR Speed will appreciate my future business.
achard
Kimberkid Why not request tension block of 012? As for my knowledge they are the same with 011. Try email or call them again and try to look for Esperanza (Can't remember the first name)

I'm very happy with CR Speed and the people there are good to do business with!! The only snag has been that my ISP and Email from home does not always work to South Africa (but it does from my office at work ), so I have been communicating by fax and Email with them from my work. They have shipped by air mail (no extra charge) and I missed to specify barrel length when I ordered my holster for the S&W 625, so I got a holster for 6 inch barreled gun first. I pointed out my mistake to them (and told them that 625:s are barreled in 4 or 5 in only) so they are sending me new parts to fix the problem, no extra charge!! And I can keep the first sent parts so I can use the holster for my 686, 6 in .357 if I please. So far my experience with the people at RHT Technologies, CR Speed is only positive!! and the gear is super!
Kimberkid
Sorry everyone, I didnt mean to highjack this thread. Achard, The way I see it is that they had 4 months to make the situation right, they opted not to. I am not going to go through all this again and tell them how to fix their own product. I gave them more than ample oppertunity for them to show gratitude for my business. It just bugs me because I still have about 12 771 mag holders, 4 outer belts, buncha Comp 3 speedloaders, and tons of other Safariland stuff. Sad to see this merchant/customer relationship gone, but I refuse to settle for BS service. Hopefully I am the odd man out and they are good to everyone else.
