brongy
hi everyone someone is selling me this 6 inch 38 super mccormick barrel..there are no markings in the hood. its the first time ive seen a CMC barrel. Steve RA
I don't remember Chip selling barrels - does not mean he never did. Could it be another brand in a Chip box ??? Is there an invoice with the barrel/box ???
OPENB
Soon after Kimber released their first 1911 in the mid 90's using CMC MIM parts, CMC started selling those parts individually. Brownells used to carry all that stuff, & I remember the full page ads in American Handgunner. The barrels had a good reputation for accuracy. Unlike the safeties, extractors, etc.,the barrels were not MIM obviously.
