Extreme Close Quarters Battle Pistol with Todd Rassa $400 per student
Duration: 2 days / 16 hours

The majority of shootings occur within 5-10 feet, yet most training courses are loaded with shooting at farther distances. This course teaches the student pistol fighting techniques and tactics within arms reach distances and differs from other Basic-CQB schools in that the student will not be asked to be defensive, but aggressive. The student will be able to take the lessons learned from this program and apply them to their personal training regimen or their agency’s training doctrine. This intense two-day school is designed for the operator, responsible citizen and instructor • Fundamentals of CQB • Point Shooting • Multiple Adversaries • Hand-to-Hand Tactics • Ground Fighting/Shooting • Zero Clearance/Point Contact Shooting • Shooting from within Confined Spaces • Knife Defense • Force-on-Force Scenario Training (when training site allows) Estimated round count: 400 rounds handgun Equipment List: • Pistol or revolver • 3 magazines / speedloaders minimum • Belt mounted, dominant side concealment holster or duty rig • Body armor (optional) • Magazine Pouches • Sturdy Belt at least 1.5” wide • Concealment garment or duty gear • Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning and clothing suitable for training in all weather conditions • Hat with a brim • Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses • Earmuffs and earplugs

COME MEET TODD RASSA

Todd is currently a Sergeant with a very large Mid-Atlantic Police Department. He has 26 years of law enforcement experience and over a decade of firearms instructor experience. In addition to law enforcement, Todd is the President of High Calibre Training and Consulting and Founder of Todd Rassa Training. He has numerous firearms instructor certifications that include the SigSauer Academy, US Secret Service, Smith and Wesson Academy and a Mid Atlantic State Police Training Commission. During his career he has worked in the areas of Patrol, Detectives, Crash Reconstruction; Behavior-al Analysis and the Special Response Team. Todd is an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), National Rifle Association (NRA), and the In-ternational Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI). Todd’s expertise in firearms training, survival tactics, counter-terrorism and terrorist threat assessment; hand-to-hand combat and behavioral analysis disciplines are sought after worldwide. The types of courses he creates and instructs are customized to accommodate a wide range of skill levels and backgrounds, such as: Law Enforcement, Special Forces, Military, Mental Health & Medical Profession, Public Education, Executive Protection, Private Contractors and responsible Citizens.
