Shooter Grrl
I expect to see many many many new GM cards in 2005

JFlowers
Well, it ain't much of an accomplishment, but I finally got 4 classifiers done in Open and got out of Open U. But I have been seeing my classifier scores improve so hopefully my new Open D card won't last long at all. James
Jake Di Vita
Went from 0 to 92.7% in Open. Would have been GM if not for s tinking jam on speed-e-standards. I'm happy though. :) :)
Shooter Grrl
Awesome Jake! I guess you took to Open rather easily, heh
Jake Di Vita
I did take to it pretty easily, but I'm sure the 1 - 5 hour practice sessions every night helped.
Shooter Grrl
Hmmm - maybe pretty *seriously* would've been a better adjective At any rate, even with that much practice, 0 to 90 anything is way damned cool. I can't wait to be able to say "I knew him when he was just a lad with a production gun"
diehli
Sweet... update's up. Went from 44-ish% in Limited to 56.657% thanks to the last four classifiers I've shot (1 in Nov., 3 in Dec.). Movin' up... ever closer to B class.
rhino
Went from 0 to 92.7% in Open. Would have been GM if not for s tinking jam on speed-e-standards.I'm happy though. :) :) Good going, Jakester! Now, about that deal we had ... do you still need me to see that tmoore is "delayed" on the way to the next club match?
Jake Di Vita
Thanks Rhino, hehe, delay him so I can feel like I'm on top longer.
Hey QuicksDraw!
Way-ta-go Jake! You are indeed The Man! Keep up the good shootin. Are you going to Florida?
davecutts
I got my M card in Limited last month, but someone closed the 2004 thread before I could brag:-)
Jake Di Vita
Stewart, This isn't the Stewart from Area 3 that was squadded with me is it????? Thanks, I appreciate it. I wish I could go to Florida, but I couldn't figure out a way to make it cost effective enough. Anyway I swung it, it cost at least $1000, and with 15 majors already planned for this year, I just can't afford it.

Sharyn
so how fast is fast? Hey?!?! Are you that tall guy... (there's a good comeback here about El Prez times... but I just can't think of it! ) I'm waiting for the answer, too.
Jake Di Vita
Fast is when you start to miss.
Zerwas
I finally cleared my unclassified status in Limited last month. I feel a little like Steve Martin in "The Jerk" when he saw himself in the phonebook for the first time..... Anyway, I finally classified a B shooter with 70.XXX%. I'm ok with that considering I picked up my limited gun just 5 months ago and really don't have that much experience with it yet. Can't wait for the outdoor season to start. Barrettone
Hey Rhino...Jake won his first local match in OPEN this past weekend!!! fine print: Tom Moore wasn't there to whoop his a$$, hence...empty victory #1 Jeff (pot stirring specialist)
rhino
hee hee hee! It wasn't a coincidence. And now Jake knows how to transfer funds to a numbered bank account in the Cayman Islands!
Jake Di Vita
Hey, even though it was am empty victory, I won without using my gun, which takes some of the emptiness away. Rhino, What was the figure we agreed upon?
