Howard762
We will be hosting a multi-gun match June 7th and 8th, 2014 at York Izaak Walton near, York PA. We run mulit-gun at York on a monthly basis but this is our big match for the year. The entry fee is $100 and pre-registration is required. It will be a 7 stage match requiring at least 2 guns to be used on every stage. We use the FNH 2014 rules (I am the AMD there too). Lunch and a T-shirt are included and payouts will be 50% of entries received. Not 50% after expenses. So this is some pretty serious cash for a small entry. We do something a little different with this match. We have you choose your own class. We then pay each of the classes. The trick is that you can't shoot above your chosen class or you're out. If you normally shoot 88% the you pick the 90% class, not the 80% class. It worked great last year, and it gets money pretty far down the list in a fair fashion. For more information on this match, the application, and preliminary payout structure see www.yorkpistol.blogspot.com

Dan Sierpina
Sounds like 3 gun bracket racing!
Howard762
@Dan, that is exactly what it is. With no real classification system for multi-gun I was thinking of a way to get some money farther down the list. Last year we tried it and it worked perfectly in Tac Ops. There weren't enough shooters in Open or Limited for it to work. We pay top down in those divisions. All the money collected in a division will stay in that division. Howard762
Sunday is now full. There are still openings for Saturday. If you live in the mid-atlantic states this is a nice match for $100. Read more about it at http://yorkpistol.blogspot.com/2014/04/june-york-multi-gun-challenge.html The MD at this match is the AMD for the FNH Championship, and 17 of the FNH ROs come from this club. We know what we're doing. Or at least we think we do.

jriggs
Was just looking through stages...thanks. Not sure how I missed that link. Is stage one just rifle and pistol? Am I reading that correct?
jriggs
And also...on the stage layouts... I'm assuming solid black lines represent some sort of wall or barricade that cannot be shot through????
usmc1094
Yes stage 1 is rifle to start and pistol to finish up.
jriggs
Thanks... That what I guessed but I just wanted to make sure. Clarification on the red dotted lines vs black solid lines?
usmc1094
Im going with black lines are walls. Red lines are fault lines.
