WidowsSon683
I just read an article on this and thought it was a joke. Unfortunately that is not the case. Glock will be making 1911's with more springs, moving parts and "safeties" than any other gun. Over 12 integral safeties including 3 different firing pin safeties. Next thing you know theyre gonna come out and say its going to be a polymer frame. *If this is in the wrong thread please move. oak hill
Maybe no 1911, but they are making a REVOLVER I saw it on the internet, so it must be true!
RammerJammer
Maybe no 1911, but they are making a REVOLVER I saw it on the internet, so it must be true! They were going to make this but then the factory burned down so Glock closed.

bountyhunter
I stand corrected. After some deeeeper digging it turns out to be an April fools joke from 2012. My apologies if my post scared anyone.I read that Glock tried to develop a 1911 for years, but gave up when their designers couldn't figure out a way to eliminate the sear and ruin the trigger.
