pmd
I have been looking for a mixer for a while to clean my brass (I have a lot to clean) and came across this Kushlan mixer. http://kushlanproducts.com/450-dd-food-grade-mixer/ I have used their cement mixers and they seem well built. Does anyone here have experience with this mixer? Thoughts? Thanks.
carharttfarmer
haven't used one of those but a cement mixer works great for cleaning large amounts of brass ie a five gallon bucket full at a time that's how I did mine this year

thermobollocks
It's not going to be food grade after that.

Solvability
The issue I have with the mixers is the difficulty in dumping them in a container to do a final rinse - the waste water will be toxic be sure you can safely dispose of it and not contaminate your property. Steve RA
There are some inexpensive cement mixers with plastic tubs around. Be about the same thing.

pmd
Looks sweet but expensive It is on the expensive side - I liked the drum feature with the molded mixing blades and lid. i am going to look for a used Concrete/Cement Mixer. ZackJones
I can't imagine having that much brass to clean. Good luck!
jaredr
I use an old northern tool cement mixer. I bought mine used but they sell new for about $150-200. 1 5-gallon bucket of .223 cartridges, 4 5-gallon buckets of corn cob/walnut, let it run for a few hours and then separate.
