Red Ryder
Anyone run into any problems with their 9mm 1911 mags being too skinny for the 1911 mag pouches? 9mm mags are thinner than 45 acp mags. Which 1911 9mm mag pouches are you using? Edited February 8, 2014 by Red Ryder
TonyK
I use mag pouches from thewilderness.com. While I use mine for 45 mags, the way they are made would allow them to hold your 9mm mags tight. They are made from nylon and attach with Velcro and webbing. Simple and effective. Very different than typical Kydex or other plastic mags.... madmike283
I haven't noticed this. I have Wilson ETM, Tripp, Dawson, and Metalform 10 rounders. They all fit standard 1911 Ready Tactical pouches.
Red Ryder
How about which USPSA pouches do you use and do the 9mm mags fit tight enough?
polizei1
Never any issues with my CR Speed pouches with PF spacers.
DaninSC
How about which USPSA pouches do you use and do the 9mm mags fit tight enough? Safariland 771's work for me - both 45 and 38 super/9mm.
