Bryan 45
I thought some of you guys may find this machine interesting. Manufactured by Bliss in Michigan, it will produce about 14,000 55g FMJ .224 projectiles per hour.
Zoomy
It would have been cool if they ran it for us.
Bryan 45
It only had 120v connected to it for the lighting and control panel power. No 480v available in the basement at SHOT show to start running projectiles. It also didn't have the tool head attached.

Hi-Power Jack
I haven't seen it run, but almost 4 bullets per SECOND seems awfully fast.
Bryan 45
It will run 14K an hour only w/ FMJ bullets. Tool heads can be changed out for other bullets, calibers, etc, and something like HPBT would slow it down considerably. The way it was explained to me is that for FMJ, it only needs 7 stations and since there are 14 stations, it can double production. For any bullet that needed 8 or more stations to manufacture, it would run less than 7K an hour.
