tcarp1911
I recently installed the Apex Tactical DCEAK, along with the Polymer AEK trigger and a 10-8 Performance rear sight. I noticed after reassembly that the ejector has a tiny bit of play, kind of a slight back and forth/up and down motion. Has anyone else noticed this? I checked the ejector on my buddy's Glock, and his didn't move at all. I looked to make sure the frame wasn't missing any of the plugs, and they were all there. I've installed these Apex Kits minus the Polymer AEK a half dozen times before for others, but have never noticed anything. That being said, I don't think I've ever checked for it before. I haven't had a chance to fire my pistol, and won't for another 2 weeks, so I was hoping for some feedback. I also don't have any other M&P's to compare to at the moment. rack&roll
The glock ejector is stationary. The M&P ejector is not... it comes in and out easily as I'm sure you know. (Usually falls out during disassembly/reassembly.) A little wiggle is normal.
tcarp1911
Thanks for the feedback. I normally test any firearm I work on immediately for function, but the outside temps prevented that. It was/is in the negative double digits.
