My name is Brooks. I have been involved in USA Shooting for the last decade and a half. I was a AA 10 meter air pistol, free pistol and standard pistol shooter. I have been coaching Olympic pistol and rifle for the last ten years. I hold a level II pistol and rifle coaching credentials. I am also part of the National Coach Development Staff. I operate a floatation center near Washington DC. Floatation tanks have been proven in studies to help shooters and other athletes in their performance. I am also a certified life coach and consulting hypnotist. I have put several of my shooting athletes through training in floatation tanks with good results ( 4 have made National Teams). . Meditation and visualization is HIGHLY optimized in a floatation tank due to the removal of all external stimuli, even gravity.

Thanks guys….feeling all warm and fuzzy now…… I am not trying to generate hits or business as I offer my services to select shooters for free. Give back what was given. I just thought since I have 20 years of experience teaching mental training using advanced tools……oh, never mind.
