Rokihsa
Was wondering if this might be a safety issue or even what might cause this small crack near the firing pin.

Rick88
Are you sure that is a crack? It kinda looks like a scratch from a take down tool slipping off the striker.
Rokihsa
I can run my finger in it. I did buy this used a while back and have shot a few matches with it and have had no issues.
Rokihsa
Now that I am looking closer at it, I think I can see a bottom to it. You might be right and it is a scratch. I was beginning to wig out over having to get a new slide.
Nik Habicht
Glock replaced a cracked slide free of charge on my 34 a few years ago..... 2 pin 34, about 100,000 rounds through it, cracked right at the ejection port during a match..... Started shooting left severely..... Replacement only cost me shipping to Glock....
troupe
Glock will replace it for the cost of the shipping.
