I also called Dillon on Tuesday for a replacement primer alert buzzer for my SDB, and it arrived on Saturday, NO CHARGE! If you are thinking about buying a new reloading machine, get a Dillon and buy it from Brian. These are 2 of the best and their support is awesome! Thanks Brian and Dillon Precision.
