george76904 Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 (edited) Well I was at a local gunshop a few months ago and saw a used SP-01 for sale in the case. they wanted $500 for it. I usually shoot a witness but for such a deal I had to make and exception. So I saved my money for a few months (feeding a shooting addiction is hard as an un-employed 15 year old) and today I went back there. I walked in, looked at it, hemmed and hawwed, thought about it (I had full intention to buy it but I knew for a fact that it had been in the case for a-while, and could probably get it for a even bigger discount) So I told the guy I'll give him $475 for it. He called the manager and he said OK. I was like YES! So I ended up picking up a used SP-01 shadow for $513 after tax. I am going to put some more work into it before I decide whether or not to keep it. I know that they didn't know because one guy goes "yeah its a good deal on a 700 dollar gun".
