I have a lot of email addresses in EzWinScore that have been accumulated over the years by previous MDs. Any suggestions on a quick way to extract all the email addresses? I think the underlying database storing the information is Sybase SQL Anywhere but I have not been able to find a reader that I can use to open the database directly.
