Great place to start is to find local clubs in your area go watch a couple matches meet some great people and ask questions. Pick a gun to shoot and just have fun!! azgoose Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 Welcome to the forums. Since you are in Litchfield Park, Phoenix Rod and Gun will be one of your closest ranges that have matches. What type of competition shooting are you wanting to do? Pistol, Rifle?? Locally we have Rio Salado Sportsmans Club (USPSA, the world famous Tuesday Night Steel, 3 Gun, and a ton more), Ben Avery (USPSA, Rifle, Shotgun, etc), and Phoenix Rod and Gun (IDPA, USPSA, Tactical Rifle, Smallbore, etc). I shoot at Rio and PRGC. Both groups of people are very friendly and will go out of their way to help. If you've never done any action shooting before, check out the Intro to Steel match @ Rio. ak_tech Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Welcome to the forum and Hello from Tucson I shoot down here but just shot the Tuesday Night Steel at Rio Salado a couple weeks ago. Its a lot of fun and i definitely recommend it. Also you cant go wrong with Dillon Reloaders I have had a 650 for over 12 years now and have never regretted it.
