lucas Posted December 5, 2004 Share Posted December 5, 2004 What problems causes the empty not to make it all the way out .Today at the last stage, twice It gets caught at the base by the bolt.The gun has been tuned and has about 500rds through it.last cleaning was 150rds ago.How long do the reduced power recoil springs last.The ones used to work with 3dr 1 1/8 oz loads in a benelli?Also that O ring on the firing pin retaining pin is all chewed up,i already replaced it once when it was split,can that cause my problem? benny hill Posted December 5, 2004 Share Posted December 5, 2004 O-ring will not hurt you, just throw it away. Make sure you are useing a oil that will no evaparate under heat over a weeks use. I use mobil 1 on all guns & do not have this problem. Also make sure you do not limp wrist/shoulder it. Make sure you tear down the bolt system all the way when you clean & oil it.
