The Erp
Does anyone make an E-Z loader for the Rem Lt 20 ga?? Would like to find one for the "little Ladies" limited shotgun. Thanks, Larry in Montana
rtr
I don't believe they make one specifically for 20ga guns, I seem to recall folks saying they have used the 12 gauge ones and somehow modified them to fit.
benny hill
Take a piece of 3/4" wide by 1 1/2" long thin piece of spring steel & silver solder it to the release tab on the bottom. Shape it to fit & it works great. I have done a few.
vikings501
I wish I had read Benny's post earlier. I used one for a 12 gauge, and trimmed it down on both sides to fit for my wifes gun. Wasn't too hard, and it runs great. But Benny's idea may be easier.
AH6IP
Or here's another idea. I used the extended release button from a Rem Comp Master and milled the slot on the carrier longer so it would fit. It works great. Looks like a mini comp master-hmm-a Mini Me?? benny hill
The rem. LT has a amaller receiver than the rem comp. master.
benny hill
Thats a smaller receiver & won't inter-change.
AH6IP
I'm talking about using just the chromed extended release, thats all. Milled the carrier, works perfect.
Dave Berryhill
...I used the extended release button from a Rem Comp Master and milled the slot on the carrier longer so it would fit... Is Remington selling those parts now? I heard that they weren't when they first released that shotgun.
AH6IP
Dave- As far as I know, they are not. I just happened to have some spare parts from an "unusable" CM trigger group. They (Remington) are probably waiting a bit to see where and what parts they may need to offer after the guns have been shot a while.
