TimAustinTX
I am curious if anyone else had issues with the Hornady 9mm Bullet Feeder Die. I had broke a couple collets and when I called to get a replacement collet the second time they wanted me to send the whole die in. It has now been over 2 months and still no die back. I have noticed that all the bullet feeder dies are in short supply which leads me to believe there is a design issue. Has anyone else experienced issue with the collets breaking. shilberry
I have the 9mm die, and I use bayou 160 grain bullets... They fit a little large so I had to use a dremel and open them up a hair, but it's been great ever since.

SD1
i have had no issues with 9 or 40. if you are breaking the collets i would have to say you are putting to much flare on your brass.
TimAustinTX
How many rounds have you guys loaded? I suspect i have loaded about 20K through the die.
Todd7446
I've run about 7K through mine (Rainier 124gr PHP and MG 124gr JHP). No issues at all once I got the amount of case bell dialed in. Had too much to begin with.
