Thecelt
My guess is no, but I don't want to mar the finish on my prude and joy m2 with a benelli barrel sticker. So I figured I'd ask here for obvious reasons.
MickB
Abandonment barrels will do more to harm your finish than a sticker ever will. Also be careful about shooting live shells through your beloved M2, lest you wear the barrel... Mick
Thecelt
lol... oh crap, you mean actually shooting it will wear it out, damn. i know, i know, its a bit of a ridiculous question considering what real 3 gun shotguns go through. but i dont currently shoot organized 3 gun, i have my own version of 3 gun on private property where i dont actually dump my guns (although i would like to do an organized shoot at some point). i try to take very good care of my tools and i want them to last as long as possible. and my main concern would be that a sticker could create premature corrosion. my guns are not "throw aways" and i expect that ill be passing my guns down to my kids someday. if i ever got to the point where i could afford a true "beater gun" then i wouldnt be concerned in the least, but i need my current set of tools to last me a long while. Steve RA
In my personal experience, no, the stickers won't hurt the barrel. YMMO however.
T Bacus
If anything they will do more to protect the finish under the sticker, as compared to the rest of the barrel.

Jesse Tischauser
After a few matches you will want stickers to hide the scratches from the dump table/barrel or that steel wall frame you will inevitably end up running it up against.
