Puma
I just purchased a model 35 gen 4 and have to get rid of the double recoil spring. Is anyone using the Zev 4th gen guiderod reducer ring on their 35 gen 4 and can you post a picture as to proper installation.
unclebud
I have not tried the Zev brand, but I do have a Jager gen 4 guide rod with a 13# ISMI spring in my gen 4 34. This set up has worked well for me.
Atlgentlegiant
The Zev setup is working great for me. Reducing ring, full length SS guide rod and ISMI 13lb recoil spring thousands of rounds with no issues on that end.
Iceman2733
I do not have a picture but installation is very easy. Simply slide the reducer ring into the front of slide where the recoil spring would normally fit. Then simply install the guide rod and spring
Puma
I am confused. Now I am not sure that I installed the ring on my G 35 Gen 4 in the right place. Could someone please provide a picture of a G 35 gen 4 with the ring installed. Pumagsd@Yahoo.com
