assaulter
Yeah, well, after shooting at USSA a few times now, Tulsa seems like a good place to live!
sperman
I still think for an hour long show there should be a lot less talking and a lot more shooting.
Flatland Shooter
I still think for an hour long show there should be a lot less talking and a lot more shooting. As long as less talking doesn't cut down on Pat giving each stage an intro. Had a couple of non-shooters watch the show last night and without the intro, I think they may have been lost. End result, they agreed that it looked like fun. Now to get them out to the range.
Jesse Tischauser
I was wondering if Pats runs were needed in top if the graphic stage run down. Sounds like we need more PK!
Flatland Shooter
I always enjoyed watching Pat shoot. But that was when I thought we were about the same age. Turns out I could have been Pat's much older brother.

MarkCO
With Pat Shooting and talking through the stages, the stage graphics could be dumped. My non-shooting friends see little appeal in the graphics, but enjoyed the new PK run down. I purposely watched the first two shows with PK in the booth with some non-shooting friends and my family. We had to pause several times so the kids could interpret PK for the non-shooters. Made me smile with pride in my kids. I think the balance is SO much better this year and I am sure it will get better still.
P.E. Kelley
First, thank you all for watching the show! It will get better as I get better. I am Power Plant operator / dude who shoots / and learning to do the TV thing guy. We, in later episodes start to "pull out" items of interest from the stages and briefly explain them... Offhand shooting, scoring, footwork, positioning within a stage. etc. Please stay tuned and offer up feedback and I'll try to improve the effort. mwx40x40
Really loved the show and was excited about the new format and new season. However, I was disappointed to see that only in third week into the new season and it was already a re-run of the first show in Vegas.
Flatland Shooter
Was there a show tonight? If so, does it indicate when it will re-air? I'm out in the boonies of So. Oklahoma and they don't seem to have the Sportsman Channel out here. Bill

midget
Is there anywhere to watch the full episode online (itunes, website, etc)? The sportsman's channel on DirecTV has horrific picture quality issues...

P.E. Kelley
Sportsman IS available in HD! I just checked the website and if your provider doesn't offer it in HD ask them too!
midget
Hmm... DirecTV doesn't list it available in HD... It broadcasts in 480 with the side bars. However the actual video is in HD. So it is super compressed and about 1/3rd the size of the view-able TV screen... Time to check other providers...

Flatland Shooter
No, nothing on line except for the past seasons. Are we talking about the current shows? Last night I watched the show from last Thursday that I missed. They are available at the 3 Gun Nation website. (I believe it was accidental, but I think they also had next Thursday's show available for viewing for a while. It was the one about night matches in Montana. Caught about half of it and had to answer the phone. When I went back to finish watching, it was taken down and unavailable.) You are referring to 3 Gun Nation club TV when talking about the Montana night match. The club TV stuff is online all the time. http://3gnclubtv.com/

Well actually I moved cause my wife did and I didn't want to live with the new people that bought the old house.
