piper
Shot the stages today, as always could have done better. Strage 1 , Straight forward, long shots , don't miss. Stage 2 , Shoot the head shots on the bear traps , its safer , Damn they are quick. Stage 3 , Find the targets and only shot them once each Stage 4 hit the steel.!!!!!!!!!!!! Stage 5 start on the right wall Stage 6 Figure out when you are going to shoot the swinger, Plan ahead and stick to it.

Jake Di Vita
Great match. Awesome stages, very well run, very good ROs. Left with a bad taste in my mouth but no need to discuss that on a public forum... Shot semi decent....had 4 penalties on the first 6 stages with ended up killing me....lost to Lee by about 1.5 points (ARGH). Congrats to all the winners, you all deserve it big time. DJPoLo
What'd ya win, there, Chethro??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 3rd C Open. And a big Contributing Sponsor plaque. I had a lot of fun. An almost clean match. A single no-shoot perf hit will have me calculating the "what if's...". (BigLucky got awfully lucky!) -Chet

I was 20 points out of first (C Open) at the close of the day on saturday, picked up 11 points and ended up losing by 9 (was down 22 points on the last stage). Good match Chethro, we shall battle once again at Area 4.

GeneralChang
Honestly, that was the biggest thing I was looking forward to, Bennett's Hefe-Weizen. Hopefully, he's staying at the Comfort Inn for Area 4. Good match, I had a lot of distractions but somehow I managed to do ok. From the Central Texas area we had a good finish: David Weers 1st GM Lim Roy (Shred) 3rd M Open Scott Reese 1st A Lim Nathan Taylor 2nd A Lim Joe Obryan 1st B Open Sheldon Carruth 1st B Lim Donald Fenderson 2nd B Lim Kurt Gruber 2nd C Open Chethro Polonisio 3rd C Open Jim Bennett 1st D Lim Someone on this forum casually referred to us as the Austin (TX) Mafia Chet, Did I forget anyone? BigLucky
Tom, Thanks for running what turned out to be a very fun match. I have a couple questions for you........ 1. What ended up happening with those bridges? 2. Why did you not announce GM results beyond high overall?? Otherwise, it was a great match and look forward to next year.
