ckell101
Hey guys - I have the dying urge to shoot some single stack and I am just not excited about what's out there right now. So I have decided to start looking up the custom kit route and have my buddy at Crucible Armaments put it together for me. As STI's kits are back ordered out, I have begun looking at fusions kits. Is this a smart idea or should I just purchase a Dawson Trojan ready to rock and roll? And if you say this is wise, what parts would you use? I can tell you darn near everything about the CZ 75 platform but 1911s are a whole different beast and am hoping y'all can lay some knowledge on me. Thoughts? Thanks in advance. 38superfan
Fusion kits work just fine and will save you time and tools but at a cost of course. I would think that if sti is backordered that fusion will most likely be as well given the parts source. Why not just buy one of their guns though? Great folks to deal with and will work with you on options.
