willthesaint
Hi guys I have a cz 75 spo1 shadow my question is how do you lighten the trigger pull. I'm currently measuring 7lb on the DA and using a 13 lb main spring. Also is there any way that the trigger travel can be adjusted. Cheers
GeneBray
I purchased the CGW package that has an 11 & 8 lb main springs. The 11 lb dropped the trigger pull a few ounces. Installing the 8 lb main springs dropped the DA pull to 4 plus a little. I had Angus' extended firing pin installed and left if in the pistol. Added a CGWs increased power firing pin spring. Depending on what ammo you use or what primers you use for reloading, you may need to make some changes to ensure reliable ignition with the 8 lb. main spring. I have to seat CCI primers at ~.004" to get reliable ignition. Thought the Shadow has an overtravel adjustment on the trigger.
