gng4life
Yeah, crazy, huh? That gave me a whole new way of looking at stages but again, this shows how crucial it is for the WSB to be as specific as possible. I know this will help me when I write up stages every month. Maybe a good time to speak to the AD/DNROI about submitting a rule change...
ima45dv8
So... we're stating it's ok for ONE shooter to intentionally shoot a prop, and in this case break one of the laws of safety by shooting a wall without knowing what was behind it, so we can create a FA? Somebody seems to have said that. Safe bet it wasn't me.
kevin c
Deliberately shooting props damages them, potentially to the point where they become unusable/unreliable, and potentially not allowing every competitor to shoot on equal footing. I would stop the shooter, then give a reshoot after having the modified WSB include a FA. No DQ
ima45dv8
I'd be asking the shooter what target they could see, and was therefore shooting at, when they blew the snot out of that prop. I've often been surprised at what people will tell you after an innocent inquiry. I'd also be asking the RO crew exactly what he was doing at the time. It just might influence my decision. You never know...
