warpspeed
Since the discussion here can't last for more than a few post without getting sideways, I have started a thread on the USPSA Forums. http://www.uspsa.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=1082 Not sure what will or won't be allowed but let's find out. warpspeed
Alright. It seems that FNH played by all the rules that were in place and has gotten the pistol properly listed prior to it being used in competition. It seems, after getting some answers, that there was nothing improperly done by USPSA.

sperman
If there is a discussion on the USPSA forums, then please hold the discussion there. We've been down that road here on Enos, and it didn't end well.
