d_striker Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 (edited) Since the frame is serialized, I'm guessing it would be considered a pistol. Meaning, if you did find someone that actually was willing to sell one, you would probably have to have it sent to a FFL and fill out a 4473.
