alma
These look interesting: http://czcustom.com/cz759mm17rdmagplated5pk.aspx Are these a new type of factory CZ 75 magazines? Does anyone know whether they would be an upgrade over the factory SP01 magazines that I have been using?
eerw
New style factory offering. If you read the spec for the Shadow Line pistols, it reads for a nickel plated 17 rnd magazine. So here it is. A 17rnd plated mag. Witnessed at 17, marked with CZ logo and caliber. The plating is coated evenly inside and outside. Mags are slick and shiny. Blue follower, plastic lock plate and plastic basepad. Magspring has a tapered coil, so compresses into itself. It will look very familiar to another magazine.
GrumpyOne
My rusty mag days are numbered! Thank you, CZ!
lawboy
Will these take the plus 2 base pad?
eerw
Haven't tried it, but should take the mecgar plus2 with no issue. Edited April 7, 2013 by eerw
Glk21C
except for the plating the tube looks identical to the mec-gar cz-75 mag
Glshooter
My regular mec-gars still hang up occasionally even after bending the mag release spring. Do these drop free more easily?
RNA
Does anyone know if these will fit flush in a pcr/p01 with the cz rubber base pads, like the 16 rounders do?

b18prl
Just got these mags in the mail from czc today. All I can say is get them guys while they have it!
bassmankai
I'm guessing these are similar to the Mec-Gar 17 rounders with addition of the hard chroming. Those are my preferred mag of choice as I like the base pad and the extra round. Considering that CZ Custom is selling the regular 17 rounders for the same price it's a steal.
