I have this problem...Is there a name for it?

Picked up a 12" mud knife for drywall. While walking through home D, found my trigger finger extended in safe ready position with my wrist slightly angled down and my strong hand resting steady on my mid section with the blade pointed down in a safe condition... I could hear shot timers and envisioned a quick and smooth draw and mud situation. Seriously... I saw a guy nood to me as if to say, "nice form on your magpul art of the battle ready mud knife."
