Flexmoney
Sounds like someone is looking for the answers to their RO test They should put those answers in a book of some kind.

Flexmoney
If you download a pdf file of the rulebook, you can hit the < crtl + f > buttons and search the document for key words.
diehli
If you download a pdf file of the rulebook, you can hit the < crtl + f > buttons and search the document for key words. Which is precisely what I did after I googled "ipsc rule book"(actually, I cmd-F'd in Safari on my MacBook [while sitting on the toilet]), searching for "failure" to see what the definition of "Range Equipment Failure" is in IPSC. Even with a paper copy, you could go to the index and search for "Range Equipment Failure", which would direct you to 4.6.
