shopgun
So, after loading about six months worth of ammo, I sent my loosy goosy 1994 xl 650 back to Dillon for refit. Now, I know they have been crazy busy with all the silliness going on so I was prepared for a long wait since they are so backed up on orders. WRONG!!! They received it on Feb 19, I got it back today. I had to look hard to see that it wasn't a new machine. Well, most of it was to the tune of parts worth $322.11. Now I know they could have assembled and shipped a couple of new machines in the time it took to refurbish mine and i wouldn't have blamed them, I mean they do have to make a profit , right? But, obviosly customer service is king at Dillon. And you would buy anything else, because?????
mjohn
What am I missing here? $322 for mostly parts? Help me to understand what is the no BS warranty all about?
Hi-Power Jack
Jim didn't say he was "charged" $322 - just that the parts included were "worth" $322. I hope ...
shopgun
Wow, I should have been more explicit. There was NO CHARGE to me.That is the amount of parts Dillon replaced at NO CHARGE. All I paid was the shipping to them.
Greenmonster
Same story here, I'm still convinced they gave me back a completely new machine, love them. Gail is the best!!
blaster113
same thing here; bought a second hand RL550 and sent it back for a tune up as I was getting issues. When I received it back a week later pretty much every single part on the thing was new. awesome!
