tanfanoglio
Hey shooters I shot my first steel challenge today at the US Shooting Academy in Tulsa, OK. What a great facility!!!! Everyone was awesome! I placed lucky number 13 out of 28 in iron centerfire. I'm just happy I was in the top 50 percent. My goal was not to DQ as with every match and to have fun. I was shooting my USPSA limited gun, a tanfoglio match in 40 S&W. In hindsight, I wish I used my minor loads, but my an all steel gun handles the 171 pf quite well. Live and learn....and shoot....a lot. JL

hornetx40
Congrats on your first match. It's addictive. In steel shooiting there is no major or minor Load the as light as the gun will handle and run without a hitch. Now you'll have to build an open gun......
