9X23Guy Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 I have never seen or felt a difference with powders and a rifle comp probably because there is just so much gas there anyway with the amount of powder your using compared to a pistol. Be careful of using Varget in a barrel less than 18". You may get a little unburned powder and it can eat your comp prematurely. It will shoot fine but wear faster.
