Fullauto_Shooter Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 I'm just thinking if I were a young officer and needed a good patrol rifle and lives in a state that isn't gun friendly now what. I'm not a cop but know plenty and feel bad for them. I understand everyone elses opinion but that's were I'm coming from. Guess I'm bias and I'm ok with that. In the case you outline, the young officer could always buy a rifle from a different company OR he could move to a free state. I'm 100% behind LaRue on this and wish ALL gun manufactures would follow his lead. There is absolutely zero reason for the "state" to be better armed than its "citizens" - look at history and you'll see many instances of genocide when this simple principle is violated.
