Atlgentlegiant
The Ram 1500 is on the list as a possible replacement for my Explorer. I have been waiting for a good diesel option and nice to see an American company offer one finally! Already signed up for email updates!
STImoore
I'm not a ford guy but I miss the diesel Excursion.
pevadijk
Here in Europe roughly 50% of all cars run on diesel. A car with a diesel engine is quite a bit more expensive to buy (and diesel fuel is only a bit cheaper than gas), but you make up for it with the mileage/fuel economy. Most european country's have 'invented' all kinds of tax brackets according to fuel economy/pollution, which has massive effects on the price of cars. As a result, cars with big engines and terrible fuel economy have become extremely expensive :-( For instance, a new Cadillac CTS-V will cost you 150.000 euro, where 70.000 of it is purely taxes because it's not so fuel efficient.
