rvbgtr
New to Glocks. Wondering if anyone has experimented with clipping coil off a NY1 spring. Thinking about running a factory 3.5 connector with the NY1 trigger spring, which I'm expecting will result in about a 6# trigger pull with a revolver like constant pull start to finish. Wondering whether clipping a coil from the NY1 might get pull weight down in the range of 4# to 5# and still maintain the same revolver like pull. Anyone try this out before? I understand that using a reduced power striker spring may also be a means to get the pull weight down to 4 - 5 but would rather not mess with it. Flexmoney
Getting a constant pull might be a bit more complicated... Oldie, but good link that compares different trigger setups: http://www.glockmeis...riggerPulls.asp
rvbgtr
Flexmoney, Thanks. OEM 3.5 connector dropped it to 4#. Good enough for me.
