MrVvrroomm
I am in the process of having an open gun built. What is everyone's favorite size dot for their C-More. This will be used primarily for USPSA with an occasional non-sanctioned steel shoot. Thanks!
Chris Keen
I like a 6 for USPSA, and an 8 for Steel.
Matt Cheely
8 moa for everything
BlackBuzzard
I have a 6 and 8...prefer 8 now. The older eyes become the brighter and bigger dots are preffered. USPSA is mostly wicked fast with open....not a lot of precision shots IMO......so big bold dots with fresh battery and clean diode works for me. MrVvrroomm
There was very similar topic post just a few weeks ago, please read this: http://www.brianenos...ze#entry1846780 Thanks for the link. I should have searched myself. I frequent the forum enough that I didn't see this one. How does one tell what is in C-More presently? I bought a used one and am not sure. Foxbat
You need to pull the diode out and look at the color code at the base.
MrVvrroomm
You need to pull the diode out and look at the color code at the base. Thanks. The guy I bought it from says it's an 8 moa. It's nice and bright and I like it. I'm going to see if I can find a 6 to try.

diehli
Which MOA does a C-More come with ?? It depends on what you order it with. ETA: 6 or 8 is most common. Edited February 2, 2013 by diehli
Sarge
I like a 6. I have a spare module in 8 that came out of the sight originally.
CocoBolo
I think that it may have something to do with your visual acuity. Before my catarac surgery I preferred the 8 and wished for a 12, after the surgery I prefer the 6 and am thinking a 4 might even be better. So if you have poor vision bigger if you have very good vision smaller. Again the Full Race gun driver, makes his choices on preference any of them will get the job done. Jaxshooter
I use an 8 min normally. I am going to try a 12 min and turn it down to the point of seeing through it for tight shots and see how that works. I have never had the 8 wash out in the sun either. Ofishl1
I have a 8 for back up, it is not too large for night shoots on plates at distance and I do like it for the day, I usually use a 6 as a standard, stills works ok for 55 year old eyeballs... mike3232
I am a big fan of the 6. I find it easier for longer shots and far small steel.
