Thinking about loading lead need a little help

I have loaded tons of lead for 38spl but not 9mm. I have someone local that sells magna bullets at a descent price and I'm thinking about giving them a shot. I shoot a M&P and my current powder is Win231. Any suggestions would be great.

I searched and found info on moly, but checking to see if plain lead is different.

I have shot a good amount of lead through my G17. My load was a 147 gr cast bullet with WSF powder. I havent used W231 but if you can slug your barrel that helps. I dont know how the M&Ps are but my glock barrel is. 3575 so i size my bullets larger than the standard.355. You should have an option to buy .357 bullets, that may be closer to your bore diameter. It may require using a .38 seater instead of the 9. Making the bullets fit the bore is what brought leading down to acceptable levels for me.
